Hello to our Chaffey Families,
We are having our monthly Parent Advisory Council meeting next Wednesday, October 21. The meeting will be held in the library, room 10, on the first floor of the school and will start at 6:30 PM.
All parents and guardians are welcome to join us. The agenda for the meeting and the minutes from last year’s final meeting are attached to this post.
We hope to see you there.
This Thursday, October 8, will be the Chaffey-Burke individual photo day. Each student will have thier photo taken and photo order information will follow. We will start the phot sessions with our Kindergarten students first and work our way to our grade 7 students. Please dress to remamber the day.
As you may have heard, the school district has suffered a cyber attack which has affected our communications and phone lines. Families are unable to call in to leave absence messages and we are unable to send emails through our systems.
If you have a child who is going to be absent, we are asking you to use the link below to let us know your child’s name and some basic information. We will use this to do our regular safety checks for unexcused students. Typically we would send out a mass email to all families with children who are absent, but without the ability to do that you may recieve a phone class from an unidentified number as we call families.
