Early Learning is helping chidren and families understand what is required to be ready for school and to allow school the opportunity to support children the best way possible (children first initiative). To do so, however, parents need to prepare themselves and their children for entry in to school. (The Centre for Ability Website) This often means engaging with community agencies to help prepare your child for school. Attached (early years framework) is a copy of information that parents should be using to help support the school in preparation of their child entering public education (From Theory to Practice).
