We are having out monthly PAC meeting this Wednesday at 6:30 PM. It will be held in person in the staff room on the upper floor of the building as well as online over Zoom. The link to the Zoom meeting is at the bottom of this email. I am attaching the agenda for Wednesday’s meeting for you to look at.
Our PAC is an entity that has input on how to support our school and it is run by a small group of very dedicated parents who form our executive. In order for our PAC group to be effective we need to have parents take an active role in the PAC. That can come in many forms such as volunteering for parent led events such as the snack sales, the movie nights or just coming to a PAC meeting to listen or give input. You can help plan fundraising activities and help determine where the funds should go.
Please consider attending the meetings this week or in April and May and becoming an active member of the PAC group. Each year we have elections at our May meeting to put together the executive who will determine where the efforts of our parents go next year.
Being part of the PAC is a great way to meet other parents and to see how you can help support the school.
