Good morning,

We would like to remind parents that we will be having our annual Pancake breakfast and Pajama day this Friday, December 12. All classes will be going to the gym at some time in the morning to have some pancakes, a mandarin orange and will get a candy cane to take back to class or home.

Please make sure to send your child with a lunch and a recess snack as classes will be going to eat  different times throughout the morning.

We would like to thank our Parent Advisory Council volunteers for all their hep i ngetting the day organized and helping get things ready. we wouldalso like to say a big thank you to the Burnaby Lion’s Club chapter for cooking all the delicious pancakes.

We are looking forward to a great morning.

Canadians recognize Remembrance Day, originally called Armistice Day, every 11 November at 11 a.m. It marks the end of hostilities during the First World War and an opportunity to recall all those who have served in the nation’s defence.

Please take a moment on Tuesday to remember the sacrifices of those Candians who fought for what was right.

The school will be closed Tuesday, November 11 in honour of this day.
