Good afternoon,
We will be having our Welcome Back to School Family Picnic this Friday starting at 1:30 PM. Classes will be coming out of the building to spend the afternoon with their friends and families. The weather is supposed to stay nice and we are encouraging families bring snacks to share to come and to join their kids on the playgrounds and the fields.
We hope our families will gather and share food and spend time in each other’s company. This is not a time for parents – teacher interviews or one on one discussions about kids, but rather is a time to try to build connections within our community.
Please look for an email communication from our parents Advisory council, who are always looking for volunteers,
Students will be dismissed at 2:55 as usual, but parents may take them home earlier if they wish.
We are hoping that we will have many families join us.
